These terms govern access to Kroneva products and services. By using Kroneva on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Using Kroneva

You may use Kroneva only for lawful school and business operations. You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, the actions taken by users you authorize, and keeping account credentials secure. You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Service availability

We work to keep Kroneva secure and available, but early-access features may change as the service develops. Planned maintenance, third-party services, connectivity, or events outside our reasonable control may sometimes affect availability.

School data

Your school retains responsibility for the records it provides to Kroneva. We process those records to deliver, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.
